About the Space
The space brings to you the best ambiance when it comes to recording music while catching a vibe. We want our clients to always enjoy the experience as soon as they step foot into the studio. Inside the studio insides a private booth and personal booth for those who enjoy a more personal vibe. Snacks & drinks are provided for a small donation as it helps to keep our creative space going anything is appreciated.

Security cameras and recording devices
Our space includes recording cameras inside the studio in case of burglary that are on 24/7 can be turned off upon special request.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
After each session there’s a 1 hour cleaning protocol we take to clean and make sure It’s ready for the next booked session
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Disposable gloves
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has HEPA-certified air filters
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
The space has informational signage including:
- Common areas have 6-foot (2-metre) markers on floors
