About the Space
Courtyard with fountain with long staircase leading to it - holds 75+ people, balcony above good for shooting into courtyard. Eclectic Mexican kitchen with sunroom over looks courtyard and canyon. Balcony across the front of the house affords view of the historic neighborhood. Two story 2200 sq. ft. house with original fixtures, fireplace, large picture window overlooks courtyard and canyon. 3 bdrm, 2&1/2 bath. Full of original art, old Mexican and antique asian wood furniture. Perfect for photo shoots, commercials, and small meetings.

- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Used the Hacienda for part of our Back to School Campaign. The space is a little tight for a crew our size, but Doug & Lorraine were great, they let us take over the kitchen as a work space. Great vibe!

Renting out this space has been my favorite experience on Peerspace so far. I used it to film my short film and couldn't have asked for a better host than Lorraine and her husband. They were incredibly accommodating, even providing us with props for the shoot. If you're looking for an excellent and fun home to film a movie or video, this space is a true gem.
