About the Space

Hey there! 👋 We're so excited to help you make your next photoshoot, event, or party a success. Our studio is located in a super convenient location that is minutes from the beach and the highways. There are stunning natural light options in the mornings with a super soft fill light all day long. There are also roll-down black-out blinds for those productions that require full control and privacy. Complete with a dedicated make-up vanity and separate changing room this space is perfect for small to medium size photoshoots, events, parties or even pop-up galleries. The studio is stocked with assorted Savage Seamless paper, Godox and White Lightening Strobes and tons of lighting accessories. 📸 🎞️

Lighting description

The front wall is all East Facing windows. We have very nice daylight in the early hours of the morning and it weakens throughout the day. We also have blackout blinds to control all of the light in the studio.

Space is not soundproof

Ambient noise description

We are located in a relatively quiet business complex. Due to the nature of our building, it can get a little loud with hard rain or during normal business hours so video shoots requiring sound might be difficult at times.

There is parking in front of and surrounding the building. With over 45 parking spaces there is plenty for any size production!

Staging area is available

We have a private changing room in the back and a makeup vanity as well. Everything is in one big open space, although the changing room has electricity and can be closed off to be private.

All rooms are available for shooting

Electrical system description

We have plenty of outlets located around the studio in convenient locations. In the Vanity area, we have an outlet just above the countertop for easy access, and there are outlets on both sides of the seamless paper mounts. The circuit breaker can be found in the changing room.

General Rules

All renters are required to set up or tear down their sessions independently. We will be happy to help with any issues before or after your shoot. We are by appointment only, so if you show up more than 15 minutes after the scheduled session we cannot guarantee your session is still available or that a team member will be at the studio. If for any reason we have a conflict with the scheduled session time we will call or notify you as quickly as possible. No Smoking inside

All ages are allowed in the space

Production insurance is not required

Furniture and decorations may be moved

You are welcome to use any decor or furniture you see in the studio, we just ask that you return it when you are finished.

No smoke machines allowed

Nudity is allowed

Security cameras and recording devices

We have a security camera in the back office/exit. We do not have any cameras in the lobby facing the client areas.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

We have built-in a buffer time between every booking to allow for proper cleaning in between rentals and we limit the amount of people in the studio at one time.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer

The best part is that his price includes strobe usage, which is a real plus. It’s a great space to shoot and a gem in Daytona.
