About the Space
An immense event space with a blend of high fashion and the first bloom of spring-inspired design, built to entertain elected officials and host political events. The Consortium is the jewel of Capitol Hill nightlife and one of the most recognizable landmarks in the Capitol Hill area. Inside, multiple unique spaces come together via a unifying gallery corridor connecting the 6,000 sq. ft. space. The open floor plan can be subdivided to the unique needs of the occasion and each space contains its own entrance for traffic control. The space features a video studio, production studio, audio recording studio, cosmetology salon, beauty bars, commercial kitchen space, business center, and co-working spaces. Attention to décor and furniture selection enables the space to elegantly be arranged as one continuous space with complementary color schemes and state-of-the-art lighting for large receptions of up to 250 people. The Consortium maintains the facility with onsite facility staff that clean spaces during each work shift. There are typically three (3) shifts during the day (Morning | Afternoon | Evening) with time allocated between shifts for cleaning.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
