About the Space

Perfect space for photography and production work, teach classes or host a luxurious dinner. White ceilings and walls compliment a grey wood flooring. Three extra tall windows dating back to the early 1900's make this a charming and inspiring space to impress clients. Also includes outdoor patio deck with wonderful open shade coverage for perfectly exposed photo and video.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Such an awesome place to have our photoshoot! There is plenty of space for hair, makeup, and outfit changes. Awesome lighting and we love that DT Walnut Creek is right outside for outside shots. We also love that we can play music on the speakers to set the vibe right. We will be back!

David and Jenn were great! I had to relocate my kid's birthday party from a park to an indoor space due to rain in the weather forecast, and had less than a week to pull it off. Booking and communicating with them via Peerspace was easy and efficient. Jenn was awesome on the day of the party to help with set-up, breakdown, and addressing any questions. The outdoor patio space was perfect for parents to hang out while the kids had their party inside. I would not hesitate to use this venue again. Thank you, Jenn and David!
