Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, guests are expected to leave Studio82 in the same condition as they found it. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests clean up after themselves. Guests must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take care of Studio82, Damages to (Walls, floors, furniture etc.) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable gloves
Hand Sanitizer
Disposable masks / face coverings

The space has the following features:

Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
Space has HEPA-certified air filters
Space has additional space outdoors
Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance

About the Space

Our studio can be used for video and photography use. We have an area for hair and makeup, dressing room and lounge area for additional guests. Studio #1 is essential for creatives, it provides the space and tools necessary to create a Masterpiece. Feel free to make yourself at home, but remember to respect the space at the same time.

Parking description

Our parking spots are spacious, and big enough for full sized SUV & Trucks. There are no street parking, We have enough Parking spots to fit 8-15 spots.

General Rules

General Rules 1. No Smoking on the Premises 2. We allow all ages 3. Fog machines are allowed 4. Security cameras and recording devices 5. No activities are allowed in the parking lot or outside of Studio82 6. Respect the Renters space 7. Absolutely no food or Drinks in the space Overtime Studio82 overtime policy will be billed full hour rate. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end of your booking reservation. Overtime will be at a full hour stated hourly rate.

We have 4 cameras around our studio space. Front & back cameras, no recording devices inside Studio.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
