About the Space
Enjoy a warm fire under a cathedral ceiling, or relax in the A-frame vibe loft above, while listening to your favorite records. This midcentury modern styled chalet is a cozy getaway dream for friends and family! Our two story, 1,046 sq ft, remodeled cabin has an open floor plan with a first floor bedroom and full bath. Upstairs is cozy loft that opens to below, with a daybed, sitting area, foosball table, and record player. Behind the loft is an idyllic bedroom with queen bed and bathroom. There is a large fenced yard with tall pine trees. The cabin is located in the idyllic small unincorporated town of Sugarloaf.

General Rules
San Bernardino County limits parking to 2 cars and prohibits street parking.
-Maximum occupancy is 7.
-Quiet hours between 10pm-7am.
-No unauthorized guests day or night.
-Guests are required to abide by all local, state, and federal laws. Primary guest will be the accountable party.
-Report any issues immediately and allow the Host to respond accordingly.
-No smoking of any kind anywhere on the property
-No subletting
-Guests assume all risks and liability associated with renting the property.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Our professional cleaning crew follows all COVID-19 cleaning guidelines in between each guest.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
