Welcome to my dream home! As as producer myself, I've rented many a film location and this space is one-of-a-kind. Perched high in the sky overlooking the Pacific Ocean, this two-story townhouse is perfect for smaller crews looking to film interviews, scenes in a living room, and kitchen scenes. There are two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a patio, an outdoor area with a hammock and a fire pit. The star of the show is the upper level, which boasts a Restoration Hardware-design living room, a dining area, and a kitchen. The bathrooms are beautiful but tight. There is a private patio off the living room with gorgeous views of the ocean. There is also an outdoor area with a hammock and a fire pit, but it's in a shared area so shots there should be kept to a minimum. PLEASE NOTE: There are 80 steps to reach the townhouse.
