We have two parking lots one across the street and one connected to our building. The parking prices are 0 to 1Hr FREE 1 to 3Hr $2.00 3 to 6Hr $4.00 6 to 10Hr $8.00 10 to 14Hr $14.00 14 to 24Hr $24.00 Daily Maximum Rate $24.00 Lost Ticket $24.00 Currently the Office building does not have valet that is designated to it. However, if you choose to use existing valet in front of Bar Taco, they are open at 11am and charge a flat rate of $8.

Our space is a community-driven workspace. It exists because of you and for you.As a member, you will not just be a customer of ICONIC Workspaces; you will be an active part of our community and what it is and does for you and for others. Therefore, here is a list of rules to keep in mind during the use of our space which is also your space! • Be helpful, be kind and show respect to other members, staff, and guests. Offensive language, threatening behavior or abuse to our staff or other members will not be tolerated and will result in immediate termination of your membership. • Even though we do not have a dress code, we kindly ask you to keep in mind that it is a business environment, and you should dress in a way that is respectful to others. No slippers or being barefoot allowed in common areas. • Face Masks must be worn upon entry in all common areas. When you step away from your office they are to be worn. • Clean up after yourself and your guests including your dishes, so other members don’t have to. Do not leave used dishes and cups in the common areas including break room, designated desk, and the ICONIC bar. All items used must be rinsed and placed in the dishwasher. • The Nespresso Machine is an Amenity here at ICONIC, pods can be purchased at Reception, please refrain from bringing personal pods. • The Office space is yours to make you feel comfortable and at home. Feel free to decorate and add plants but keep in mind anything you place against the glass panel will affect the overall look of the center. Do not leave boxes or garbage next to the glass panel and do not write on it. You can always bring boxes to the reception to be discarded. If you have any special requests, feel free to contact the community manager. • No smoking, including eCigarettes.
