About the Space

Gorgeous duplex apartment with a garden/terrace. Perfect for photo shoots, filming or small gatherings. Kitchen is available. Bathrooms on site. Table in the living room easily seats 6-8 people but can be moved for a photoshoot. Table in the garden comfortably seats 4-6 people, additional seating is available if needed. Very quite and charming. Signature New York brick walls. Furniture could be moved. The garden is private and quite, has lights and water.

Great space all around! Clean, suited our purposes for a day of coworking, and good communication with the host. We enjoyed the outdoor patio on the sunny day. Recommend as a meeting space if you’re around the UWS.
