This five-bedroom, five-and-a-half bath Penthouse near Gramercy Park features panoramic 360-degree views through industrial floor-to-ceiling casement windows that are the hallmark of the elegant building's design schematic. Iconic skyline - views of the Empire State and Chrysler buildings are your daily backdrop throughout the 4,135-square-foot home's dining area and grand living room, and from the two large north-facing terraces, making this an ideal space for entertaining. Please note that the furniture has changed and we require all renters to come scout the apartment before we engage a rental.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.

  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
