Our beautiful lounge is perfect for any social gathering, celebration or meeting (retreat). Flexible seating allows for casual mingling and dining. A pool table will surely entertain the crowd! Pool use not permitted. - Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Really great space! We held my son's 12th birthday party here and it was really perfect. Spacious and really everything you need, since there was a kitchen and bathroom very close by. Although the bathroom is technically for public use, I never saw anyone else using the restrooms (maybe we were too engrossed in the party). The only thing I would mention is that the address given upon booking is the address of the Leasing Office (not the event space). They were responsive, and let me know they would be on a lunch break when we arrived. I assumed the space would be right by the Leasing Office, but it wasn't. We walked around and asked someone where the space was. We did re-park, as my parents are older and we had things to carry in to set up for the party. Still, this was a minor hiccup. The kids loved the pool table and the media room. Several seating options, which was really nice. I would definitely book again!

Absolutely wonderful space. We threw my mom an all day birthday party here. Catered food for lunch and a BBQ by the pool for dinner for about 35 guests. The space was clean and had something for everyone---movie room, pool table, pool, outdoor lounge area with a fireplace. All our guests loved it. Lawrence was very helpful in booking this venue. Very detailed, responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended!
