About the Space

Centrally located in a prime spot in Hollywood, our bright and airy studio space is completely private and is available for rental to host your next event. The studio’s natural light and beautiful design makes this is a great space for rehearsals, weekly classes, photo and video shoots, private events, corporate gatherings, and birthday parties. * Waiting room is separated by a curtain that can be open to create more dance space. * The array of windows create beautiful source of natural light for best photo and video results. * Our small outdoor space can be used for a meal break. Additional chairs can be provided upon request.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer

She stole our money, never sent access code to get into the venue. Didn’t answer the phone for further instructions. Will be filing a complaint to get my money back. Didn’t get access to the venue didn’t use space at all

Stella was responsive and her instructions to get into the building were easy to follow. There was plenty of parking in the back and a kind parking attendant. However, the pictures do not reflect the space when we arrived. There were pink and purple gymnastics mats piled in a corner and along the wall, pink hula hoops on the walls, large pink cartoon ballerina dancer images on the wall not shown as well as with a large ballerina mannequin in the corner. Of course all of these things are too be expected of a children's ballet studio, we were just expecting to come into an empty space like the images show. Not to Stella's fault, the building has really thin walls, and there was construction next door that was getting in the way of rehearsals, which was unfortunate. We ended up finishing our work quickly, to leave an hour early, right as the construction was getting much louder. This has been a learning lesson for us not to book blind, but we were in a bind due to the time period and our other Peerspace rental getting water damage due to the rain (our luck wasn't the best!) If Stella has any other spaces I would recommend working with her as a host, just in particular, this space was not as pictured. If you are looking for the perfect pink children's ballet studio, this is exactly what you're looking for! I would also like to note: You do have to rent chairs from them as they are not included in the booking like Peerspace states, Stella was very accommodating to this miscommunication. But, for any future booker's, I give this as a heads up as it is a bit misleading.
