Located in West Adams/Baldwin Hills area. Great natural lighting northern facing-windows. Stunning marble tile floors that glistens while sun in shining through. The space is built like a home. Kitchen, fridge, stove are included but not for use. *ONLY MAY REQUEST IF WANTING TO UTILIZE FOR SHOOTING* Space is very versatile so scene may change by the seasons and month. Feel free to use the space as you prefer *furniture can be brought in or any other equipment* *Welcoming Inclusive Space & LGBTQ Friendly* Windows come with blinds that can be blacked out to capture more definition for photo. Elevators are available for use and parking garage when needing to move furniture or bring equipment *SPEAK WITH HOST FOR MORE INFO* Space is great for commercial Photography, Editorial, Product photography, TV series, podcast, interviews, presentations, yoga shoots, and much more to be discovered! MINIMUM BOOKING IS 2HRS. NOTHING LESS (NO Photography Equipment is Available at the moment) High Speed WIFI AVAILABLE FOR USE Please respect this space. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

The space is fully cleaned before and after each booking from the tile floors and surfaces. Atmosphere is disinfected with humidifiers. Lysol and other cleaning supplies are available at any use.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
