This Location is a soundproof stage great for live stream, Film, and photography. Includes - 50’ x 27’ Soundstage - Pre-lit three wall (5k daylight) white Cyclorama: 27’W x 15’D x 15’H (24” curve) - Built in raised curved platform 25”W x 14’D x 1’H - Lighting Grid / pattern 6’x6’ - Load in auxiliary space - 300 amps dedicated - Green Room with makeup and hair station - Wi-Fi/ Fiber Ethernet & Free Parking - 6 tons Quiet Air Conditioning - Basic Grip: 5 Matthews C-stands, apple boxes, stingers, sand bags, wedges.

General Rules
BOOKING RULES:
- All spaces should be left the way it was found.
- All trash needs to be removed from the building.
- Tape on stained concrete floor are prohibited. Use provided cord covers, camera t-markers, and chalk.
- No nails, push pins, screws, or tape other than scotch tape on walls. Tape on standing sets or furniture are prohibited.
- No fog machines or open flames are allowed in the facility, including candles. We have a sensitive sprinkler system and alarm system.
- Sound stages white and green cove cyclorama the floor should be kept clean as possible, otherwise, a repainting fee will be charged.
- No Pets are allowed on in the building without prior approval.
- Painting & set construction must be in designated areas pre-approved with proper setup with drop cloths.
- Cast and crew must stay in designated rental space.
- Masks must be worn at all times by CAST AND CREW the only exception is when you are on camera.
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is required

Furniture and decorations may be moved

Security cameras and recording devices
Security cameras are located through out the building.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Staff Clean rented spaces before and after each booking.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disposable gloves
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disposable masks / face coverings
The space has the following features:
