Located adjacent to Culver City this is a perfect central hub for events of all kinds. Enjoy access to the backyard with access to a private room ready to be set up however you please. This space is perfect for groups up to 20-30 individuals and events of all kinds. The backyard also has a propane tank BBQ, firepit, hand-made sectional couch and all the greenery ready to lounge in. We are able to provide seating for 10 individuals as needed.

The backyard and room are both cleaned professionally in between bookings to allow for ease of use. The owner of the property is also fully vaccinated.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
