This stunning 5500 sq. ft. Rollingwood home is perfect for photoshoots, meetings, parties, yoga classes and more. You'll fall in love with the high ceilings, bright white walls, large windows, and unique art. The booking rate is for ONE space. Additional spaces are add-ons. Please specify which spaces you would like to use from the list below when sending your booking request. • SPACE 1: Kitchen, dining, living room, guest bathroom • SPACE 2: Upstairs Lounge / Ballet Room with Balcony • SPACE 3: Backyard Because I rent my pool out on Swimply.com, the backyard may not be available for your booking. Please inquire before requesting a booking to see if it is available. Please reach out with any questions about the spaces if needed.

We booked Perri's beautiful home to use the immaculate backyard. She was so responsive leading up to the shoot, and had the pool cleaned for us before we arrived. The shrubs in front of the fence in the backyard are much more established than the photos show, which worked so well for our shoot. Such an excellent experience!
