About the Space

This stunning 5500 sq. ft. Rollingwood home is perfect for photoshoots, meetings, parties, yoga classes and more. You'll fall in love with the high ceilings, bright white walls, large windows, and unique art. The booking rate is for ONE space. Additional spaces are add-ons. Please specify which spaces you would like to use from the list below when sending your booking request. SPACE 1: Kitchen, dining, living room, guest bathroom SPACE 2: Master Bed and Bath SPACE 3: Bedroom 1 SPACE 4: Bedroom 2 SPACE 5: Upstairs Lounge / Ballet Room with Balcony Backyard Because I rent my pool out on Swimply.com, the backyard may not be available for your booking. Enhanced cleaning measures:

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

The house is absolutely beautiful. It was the perfect amount of space for our team and the outside patio was great for lunch/lounging. It was perfectly clean and easy to pick up after ourselves. We would definitely use this space again for a leadership meeting. Thank you!
