About the Space
Our studio has been designed with space and cost efficiency in mind. Just minutes off the 401 our studio has everything you need to complete your next project without the big city prices. Our space provides the solitude to get your project completed uninterrupted. *Space Overview* Every room in our studio features a projection screen that can be controlled over wifi. Our studio hosts a conference room, full kitchen, green room and make-up counter, as well as a sound recording booth. *The Studio* Equipped with 14' garage doors allowing commercial vehicles to enter for offloading gear, or for oversized product shoots — including cars, machinery, etc. *The Kitchen* A full kitchen allows guests to prepare and store food, as well as enjoy an espresso machine and a full keg tap. *The Recording Booth* Acoustically treated for expert sound, the recording booth is a great space to work as well as it features two workspaces inside.

Bookings are limited to be 2 days apart to allow for a thorough cleaning process.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
