In the Historic Chelsea building our penthouse space consists of 1200 square ft. Breathtaking magnificent urban and Hudson River views adds sophistication to your professional occasion or event. The space is wonderfuly quiet. Very well suited for Fashion presentations, photo/video shootings and more.

Parking description
Street parking on 26th street between 9th & 10th Ave. Parking lot on 25th & 26th streets.
General Rules
- No smoking in the building. No pets allowed.
- No hanging out in building hallways.
- Outside catering is allowed.
- It is not suitable parties with DJs, loud music or dancing.
- If alcohol were served Renter is required to hire one or two security guard at the space entrance to make sure that all guests are in the event space not in the hallways during the reception period.
- Under 21 years old guests must have adult supervision.
There is one private washroom.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
