Stunning is the best word to describe this space! The home was designed to perfection and was very clean with great lighting, open/modern spaces, and was conveniently located. We filmed an interview and this space made filming so effortless. Josh, our host, was the cherry on top of this wonderful experience, he was very accommodating. We would love to come back and film here again.

The space is amazing, immaculately put together and maintained. The decor is also next level. Super convenient to the city as well. Their garage is empty, so it was a perfect load in and prep area without cluttering the house with gear etc. Josh was also wonderful to work with and super helpful navigating Larchmont’s permit requirements.

This house is stunning and Josh is a very gracious and accommodating host! Once you secure the permit and get everything squared away with the town, it's super-smooth sailing from there. Josh was so easy to work with and our images came out beautiful. Would 100% book again!

The home was an excellent location for our small production with a 12 person crew. The space was large (spacious rooms and tall ceilings), solid load in area (large doors) and the interior had minimal furniture, so set decorating and adjusting things was relatively easy. The owner was also good - he was very thorough, but come shoot day let the crew do their thing and the days went well. The only detractor is the town of Mamaroneck - it's a small town, on a small private road and all the neighbors are interested in what's going on (peering over the hedges). This led us to need a permit and then also "hire" a local police officer to sit in their car for +$1K while our shoot was entirely inside. They claimed it was for us. This felt odd and forced, especially for a small "interior shoot", but the production went off without a hitch, it just cost us another $1500 for the unnecessary company.
