The dining area and living room has beautiful and modern art pieces (all can be moved if needed). There is a small white piano in the living room. The backyard has spectacular views of the bay and downtown Miami. Backyard has basketball hoop, ping pong table, multiple different lounge areas, a big modern pool, a jacuzzi that can fit up to 8 people, outdoor bathroom and shower, a second floor viewing deck in the backyard close to the ocean to get the absolute best views possible. 70 inch Flat screen TV by the ocean. Home is perfect for any type of entertainment and video shoots. This home has amazing potential for you to use your imagination and make something spectacular out of it!

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
