About the Space
Fully-soundproofed studio with over 1,800 square feet plus an adjacent lounge/bar with 700 square feet, these spaces can be converted into a live event venue for performance and multimedia productions, including: Concerts Stand-up Comedy Black Box Theater Live Podcasts & More! We are a turnkey media production company and have in-house AV technicians & sound/lighting/camera equipment, set dressing and props to facilitate all your live event needs.

General Rules
No smoking indoors.
We require guests to use our in-house staff for events - please inquire about these needs.
Outside catering/food/drink is allowed.
We follow standard COVID-19 safety protocols and will work with you to ensure your event adheres to our safety standards.

Security cameras and recording devices
There is a security camera in the main event room and in the lounge. Both record video and audio at all times.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
All common touch surfaces are cleaned between bookings and we open windows/deploy fans to ventilate air whenever possible.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
