This is a residence which is regularly cleaned. Before booking it is disinfected, and after booking the same applies.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

The house can be used for commercial photo shoots for advertising, film, family, kitchen, living room, and bathroom shoots. The main floor has living, kitchen, and powder room, while the top floor has home office, guest bedroom, master bedroom. The basement is a standalone basement with a mini kitchen, bathroom, and one bedroom with a separate entrance. Contemporary design by distinguished local designer.

4 exterior CCTV cameras cover the front and back of the house, motion activated around entry ways. No interior cameras.
