About YISM Studios - Yes I Shoot Models
Ready Set Rent! Get Creative and make our space as if it was your own. When renting our space you’re renting the entire studio space and lighting is included in the rental price. We have two unique walls designed that can be used during your photo session. In addition, we have different color backdrops, and props upon request. Get more info on what we offer under amenities and add-on packages. Please be advised check availability by sending us an inquiry or request, once we accept booking you’re locked in for that date/time. Pricing- weekdays 7am-8pm $65/hr , weekday night rates 8pm-10pm $100/hr, and weekend rates $100/hr Thank you for booking with us!

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines

This studio is absolutely amazing. Very conveniently located. Huge space lots of space to work. Fully equipped with everything you can imagine. This space is perfect for any creative people looking to work. Host is very cool and will help make everything run smoothly. My time there was amazing and i will definitely be a regular at this studio. Very professional setup

My photographer and I had a great time! It went by so fast but it was clean no issues getting in… I’d definitely book again also reasonable rate !!
