Beautiful 2400 sq. ft 3-story luxury home in the heart of upscale South Tampa in one of the safest and most exclusive neighborhoods- just 7 minutes to downtown & 10 minutes from Raymond James Stadium. Newly-built with high-end appliances, fixtures, and furniture. Lots of natural light all day long. 3 large bedrooms, high ceilings, open floor plan with chef's style kitchen, large dining area, and 65" TV. Private backyard, patio & 2 car garage. Close to everything & walkable to the great bars and restaurants on popular Howard Ave. Other things to note: Our home is available for professional production use including film, television, and commercial photography. - A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The home is neat and even more beautiful in person! The check in and out process was seamless! The owner's were punctual, nice, and very accommodating! 10 out of 10 I highly recommend! I will definitely use them again!
