About the Space
The Space: Our bright film/photo studio has large south-facing windows that let light pour in. Paper seamless hangs on the East wall closest to the windows with a multitude of color options available ($25 per pull - please request color prior to your shoot.) The living room space is great for client holding or your may use as set-decor. Lighting: The space is NOT pre-lit. Please check-out our additonal equipment rentals if you are looking for lights and/or and G&E for your shoot. The Windows: Close the roller shades to black the space out and have full control of your lighting. We have speed-rail above to hang lights and power outlets on all the walls. Set-Decor & Props: Our photos showcase most of the props available for your shoot. Most items pictured are available, but please check with us if there are specific items you would like to use in your production. Sound: 6 large sound panels help keep the space quiet... for New York.

Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Roxy and the whole team are a dream to work with. Fast to respond going into our shot days and there when we needed them during our rental. The space is super versatile with some great pieces if you want to avoid big rentals. We recorded sound here with no issues- just your standard siren once in a while but generally very quiet. Theres a garage on the block thats $10 if you get in early for the whole day which is a big plus. Overall, great space, especially for the price. 10/10 stars will def book again!
