About BFD Productions
Welcome to Northpoint Studio. The Space: Our bright film/photo studio has large south-facing windows that let light pour in. Paper seamless hangs on the East wall closest to the windows with a multitude of color options available ($25 per pull - please request color prior to your shoot.) The living room space is great for client holding or your may use as set-decor. Lighting: The space is NOT pre-lit. Please check-out our additonal equipment rentals if you are looking for lights and/or and G&E for your shoot. The Windows: Close the roller shades to black the space out and have full control of your lighting. We have speed-rail above to hang lights and power outlets on all the walls. Set-Decor & Props: Our photos showcase most of the props available for your shoot. Most items pictured are available, but please check with us if there are specific items you would like to use in your production. Sound: 6 large sound panels help keep the space quiet... for New York.

Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has HEPA-certified air filters

The space was gorgeous and Roxy along with her team, Madi and Juliana were awesome! They were all very communicative and kind. The studio space was amazing with a variety of set ups. It has a good amount of natural light coming in too. The only reason it wasn’t 5 stars is because the freight elevator was out of service on the day of and though that was beyond anyone’s control it did require some extra last minute scrambling and planning. Roxy was nice and offered extra help with the elevator issue. Madi and Juliana helped to make that glitch run smoother and were very helpful during the photoshoot. All in all, I would definitely come back and recommend to friends!

Roxy and team were very helpful. Everyone was extremely responsive and quick to pivot with our production needs. We did a small furniture commercial over a ten hour day with a crew of ten people. We will definitely be back.

Roxy & the crew were very supportive in our photo shoot! Gabriel helped to bring equipment in and Alice was flexible in us staying a bit later to clean-up. The place was exactly what we expected with lots of photo equipment we were able to utilize.
