About the Space
Bright and well lit with natural light, the botanical loft of your dreams awaits... Space is equipped with an upright piano, house tables and chairs, clothing racks, utility rack, and custom color track lighting. High-speed internet is available by ethernet or WiFi. Perfect location for a live-stream, photo shoot, or small meeting. We have a wide variety of furniture, lighting, audio, backdrops with multiple colors of seamless paper, and projection and audio systems with wireless microphones for rental. The space is also equipped with a kitchenette with hot plates, catering food warmer, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, sink, plates, cutlery and a variety of glassware. Additional lighting, audio systems, projection, music equipment, c-stands, backdrops, seamless backdrop paper, furniture, and other audio/visual amenities are available on site. *Booking is for the event space only, our base rate. This loft is well priced, well lit and stocked with a diverse array of props !! It was clean and spacious. It’s only one flight up (2nd floor) and it has a small elevator. Its in a great location too. Adam had excellent customer service. Will definitely be returning again! Highly highly recommend

We had a really great experience at this space for a group gathering. When we arrived it was clean and fresh and over our expectations. Really cool loft with with two great rooms - works for both smaller and larger events. Our host Adam was extremely helpful and accommodating, and easy to reach out to for any questions. I highly recommend this place and will definitely book again!
