- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

Space is equipped with an upright piano, house tables and chairs, small kitchenette, clothing rack, utility rack, and track lighting. High-speed internet is available by ethernet or WiFi. Perfect location for a live-stream, photo shoot, or small meeting. Additional lighting, audio systems, projection, music equipment, c-stands, backdrops, seamless backdrop paper, furniture, and other audio/visual amenities are available on site for rental.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. It was a pleasure to work with Adam and his awesome studio space! He was incredibly through and super helpful upon arrival. The space was clean, large and quite beautiful. I really enjoyed it and when I come back to NYC and want to shoot, I’ll look to rent it again!
