About the Space
Our lovely rooftop has views of the NoMa and Union Market skylines. The edges of the roof are surrounded by an edible garden with fruit trees and veggies. A (8x8) private cabana provide shelter from the heat and rain. There is a dining table with seating for 8 and lounge chairs for additional seating. (Please note, the roof will not be as lush and green in the winter months). Things To Note: The time window for your booking should include set up and take down. So if the event takes 2 hours but the set up and take down time is 30 minutes each, you should allow for a 3 hour booking. We can only have a total of 8 guests per booking, the total number of guests included in your booking should include anyone setting up, photographer as well as the guests attending the event. The spiral staircase is pretty narrow so we don't recommend trying to bring too many large items up and down the stairs. The entrance to the roof is around the back of the house through the alley.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has additional space outdoors

The space was great, and the host was accommodating. It's a great location, too, to keep the party going afterward (close to Union Market). Only thing is to ask about a bathroom beforehand! The host offered a bathroom in the building but I didn't see the message in time.
