Soak in our stunner free-standing claw-foot tub, recharge in the sunlit living room, work in the reading/writing alcove, or relax by the bay windows with a cup of coffee. No kitchen, but we have a coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster oven, microwave, fridge, plates, and cutlery. -850sqft of space; -dinning table with seating for 5, and space for 2 more free standing seats; -living room with seating for 6, and space for additional free standing seats; - 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed; -1 bathroom with a free standing stunning claw-foot tub, and shower; - large window overlooking the river and 2 bay windows across the space; -High exposed ceilings with beams; and -potted plant. *Might be able to provide a bouquet with seasonal flowers for a fee. Pls ask! * This is a Loft space, must climb stairs.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
