We have free street parking subject to street cleaning days/hours.

This space has a huge back window overlooking the river that gets a lot of light. There are bay windows in the space and high loft windows. We also have windows in the bedroom that let in light across the room, and living space. The bedrooms have lovely vintage wooden shutters so you can block out the light. The living room space has light curtains, no blackout curtains.

This space is on the 3rd floor. You might be able to hear some noise from the street, but not much. The a/c might have a low hum once on. It is a forced air system.

Stairs

You would need to carry equipment up the stairs.

The bedroom.

The circuit breaker is in the basement. Standard 200 amps for the whole property. I have 4-6 outlets in the main living room, 4 in the bedroom, and 2 in the bedroom.

Please tell me more about why you are booking the space, and share details of your website, or company please. You must disclose the number of people arriving at the space. Please be honest and clear. There are extra charges for every undeclared guest. 1. No activities after 6pm and no nudity of any kind allowed; 2. Keep noise reasonable this is a residential area; 3. No smoking, vaping, e-cig, or related device use in the unit, house, or on the property; 4. No use of candles or any open/closed flame; 5. Do not use items that stain or scratch the tub; 6. No drugs allowed. No illegal use of the internet, including downloading torrents, or renting pay-per-view films on my account; 7. No food or drink in the bedroom, and no alcohol in the unit; 8. No illegal activities allowed or tolerated; 9. No firearms, or weapons of any kind allowed; and 10. We reserve the right to refuse entry, and to remove anyone who breaches or rules, or is intoxicated, or unruly. We would call the police. Damage Photographer, or Media crew will be solely responsible for any damage to space's property, or furniture that occurs during the time Photographer, or Media crew, or his/her party occupies the unit, and Property. Damage deposits will be held until repairs can be made. Damage Deposit We may require a damage deposit, depending on your use of the premises. Indemnity and Agreement Need to sign an agreement or I can review and sign your location release agreement.

You must return the furniture and decorations to their original location, and cannot drag furniture on the hardwood floors.
