About the Space

Amazing whole-floor loft in a historic mid-19th century property 2 minutes from the river. Enjoy the scenic river and amazing sunset views. Soak in our stunner free-standing claw-foot tub, recharge in the sunlit living room, work in the reading/writing alcove, or relax by the bay windows with a cup of coffee. No kitchen, but we have a coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster oven, microwave, fridge, plates, and cutlery. -850sqft of space; -dinning table with seating for 5, and space for 2 more free standing seats; -living room with seating for 6, and space for additional free standing seats; - 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed; -1 bathroom with a free standing stunning claw-foot tub, and shower; - large window overlooking the river and 2 bay windows across the space; -High exposed ceilings with beams; and -potted plant. *Might be able to provide a bouquet with seasonal flowers for a fee. Pls ask! * This is a Loft space, if you have a large party, you may need to use the bathroom on the ground floor stairwell.

Please tell me more about why you are booking the space, and share details of your website, or company please. You must disclose the number of people arriving at the space. Please be honest and clear. There are extra charges for every undeclared guest. 1. No activities after 6pm and no nudity of any kind allowed; 2. Keep noise reasonable this is a residential area; 3. No smoking, vaping, e-cig, or related device use in the unit, house, or on the property; 4. No use of candles or any open/closed flame; 5. Do not use items that stain or scratch the tub; 6. No drugs allowed. No illegal use of the internet, including downloading torrents, or renting pay-per-view films on my account; 7. No food or drink in the bedroom, and no alcohol in the unit; 8. No illegal activities allowed or tolerated; 9. No firearms, or weapons of any kind allowed; and 10. We reserve the right to refuse entry, and to remove anyone who breaches or rules, or is intoxicated, or unruly. We would call the police. Damage Photographer, or Media crew will be solely responsible for any damage to space's property, or furniture that occurs during the time Photographer, or Media crew, or his/her party occupies the unit, and Property. Damage deposits will be held until repairs can be made. Damage Deposit We may require a damage deposit, depending on your use of the premises. Indemnity and Agreement Need to sign an agreement or I can review and sign your location release agreement.
