About the Space

A large open, modern/industrial, clean aesthetic with a glass garage door and industrial windows. Our studio room is 2,500 sq. ft. complete with a floating sprung dance floor to protect dancers from injury, mirrors, fixed and portable ballet barres, overhead mood lighting and a sound system. We also have a reception area with concrete floors, two restrooms, bench seating and plenty of on-site parking to suit your event needs. **Photo backdrop with white paper can be utilized for an additional fee

Plenty of parking (hundreds of free spaces) in the front of the building and behind the building with a front and rear entrance.

Lighting description

Large industrial windows and a glass garage door allows a ton of natural light in. Glass garage door can also be open and if you set the photo backdrop up in front of it, it creates the perfect glow on skin tones. Overhead lighting can also be adjusted to your desired temperature, natural daylight or even to a custom color. South facing windows. Best Time of day is noon-5pm.

General Rules

No smoking in the building Outside catering is allowed No noise after 10pm No hanging/attaching anything to the walls Non-marking shoes and fixtures on the wood floors Reception desk/computer not to be used No gun policy. Our LED logo cannot be included in any content that uses profanity, drugs, alcohol, guns, violence, or any information that could harm another person or entity. Our logo cannot be shared on any medium if deemed inappropriate or that does not align with our brand.

Security cameras and recording devices

Space has security cameras on the interior/exterior of the building pointing at the parking lots and entrances for the safety of our guests. (We operate as a dance and fitness studio).

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

Masks required upon entry and when dancing Temperature screenings when guests arrive, Touch-less guest check-in 6' floor markers for social distancing in the studio Limited booking capacity to maintain social distance Enhanced cleaning procedures on frequently touched surfaces including door handles and ballet barres Hand sanitizer stations available through out the studio Disinfectant wipes available at the ballet barres No shared equipment Contact tracing available to help prevent the spread.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable gloves
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer

The space has the following features:

Great space. Olivia was very accommodating and quick to respond. For video production, it was incredibly helpful to have the garage door that opens up so that we can roll in equipment. Also, it's good to note that in the dance studio, across from the mirror is the RELEASE logo. The dance space has too much of an echo for audio (we filmed an interview). If you can get help turning off the HVAC, then filming in the lobby space works well. Also, there's an entire parking lot for the space and the streets were quiet.
