Smack dab in Atlanta’s heart, The space is LOCAL’s elegant headquarters. With an abundance of indoor workspace, an expansive courtyard, and an inspiring roof deck, we designed the area to be the perfect place for hosting gatherings of all kinds – small conferences, rehearsal dinners, weddings, launch events, family reunions, holiday parties, etc. Formerly a mechanic shop, a welding studio, a church, and a yoga studio, we now carry forth the spirit of each of its former tenants. It’s named for the simple, powerful directive we found written on the side of the building: Be Nice. So, we like to carry the torch. Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
  • Space has HEPA-certified air filters
  • Space has additional space outdoors
  • Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance

Yes, I would book again.

What an AMAZING venue!? We hosted a small wedding ceremony with reception to follow. The space was absolutely amazing for everything. There is so much natural lighting that the pictures we have received thus far are amazing. There is a beautiful amount of decor and detail that was put into every single room in the entire venue. The location is right in the heart of Atlanta with murals within walking distance. They even helped with some of the set up and clean up. If I could get married all over again, I would still choose the Be Nice House! This will forever be a special place for me and I will be back. Thank you so much for sharing your space with me.
