The first floor has fireplaces in both the living room and the sunroom. The sunroom has a ceiling mounted hammock, huge bean bag and leopard print chaise lounge. The dining room has fantastic afternoon lighting with a 10 person farmhouse dining table. A beautiful staircase brings you up to the three bedrooms on the second floor. The main bedroom is a very good size with a king size bed and a desk perfect for a home office, overlooking the apple trees and the yard.

The house is thoroughly disinfected in between guests with high attention to high touch areas, kitchen, eatimg areas and bathroom. Minimum 24 hours in between bookings to allow ample time to open windows to circulate the air.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
