About the Space

This new modern farmhouse was completed in December 2020 and is loaded with unique character throughout the home. This open-concept home was designed and built by the Hayhurst Brothers from DIY Network, and is complete with abundant natural lighting and surrounded with floor-to-ceiling windows, white walls, natural light wood floors, waterfall quartz countertops, a floating staircase, a concrete fireplace, custom tile, mid-century modern furniture & decor. Front yard is filled with beautiful oak trees and a custom fire pit + teak chair seating area for 6. Back yard is roughly 2 acres of ranch-style open land.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Definitely a beautiful home to shoot professional lifestyle shots in. Lots of natural light! Brad was super speedy at getting back and very helpful through the entire process. They are very welcoming and had snacks for us when we got there. Our shoot turned out incredible!
