About the Space
**we have acquired the space next door, reach out if more space is needed!** **inquire for add ons including holiday or event decor, chef or host services, event staffing, etc! ** igloo is currently unavailable** Welcome to our sunny & spacious modern glam 4/3 row house in the heart of Patterson Park. Recently fully renovated, but retaining historical features, it has been previously used for photo shoots, dinner parties & other celebrations, but location is versatile and perfect for events like showers, proposals, etc. Open concept dining and living areas flow into a gorgeous, bright white kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Features include paired bluetooth Bose speakers, flat screen smart TV, wifi, AC and more. Street parking is available, as well as a parking pad for smaller vehicles with street level access. Security/Recording: The home has an outside front door camera that is activated by movement or ringing the doorbell, as well as a rear outside camera facing the parking pad/alley that is motion activated. This jewel is steps away from Patterson Park, the largest green area in Baltimore with gorgeous water features and the famous pagoda. Let us know how we can accommodate you! (Please include set up and break down time in your booking to avoid overtime fees. Also note that while entry to home is accessible, access to bathrooms requires steps. Additionally, the master bedroom, with cream colored decor, is only available by request with advanced notice for an additional fee.)

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Exactly what we were looking for! Alexis was very responsive and great to work with. The venue was spotless clean and just as advertised. The house was overall beautiful. We hosted a Sweet 16 party with a bunch of teenager girls and they really enjoyed the rooftop deck! Guest were able to gather around the large kitchen island and enjoy some great food. Thank you Alexis! We would definitely book with you again!

Modern Glam Rowhome did not disappoint. I held my event there this past Sunday and it was the perfect oasis for me to host my vision building event. The cozy rooftop was the topper for my guest as we gathered for genuine conversation.

Alexis was beyond helpful. I had asked her to use her space as a proposal area. Besides helping me with the space, she also helped me with decorations, ideas, and a photographer. Not only did Alexis set the space up for me, but it was perfectly done! I could not have asked for a better night. Alexis was very accommodating and helped with everything I asked for. I would definitely recommend Alexis and the beautiful space she provides!
