About the Space
Conscious Lab is a uniquely stunning event space located in one of the oldest buildings in Downtown Vancouver. It features original hardwood floors, exposed brick and arched windows that create an undeniable vibe. The space has been used for: Corporate and Networking Events Photo and Film Shoots Weddings and Proposals Meditation, Yoga and Breathwork Urban Retreats Think Tanks and Brainstorming The intention of Conscious Lab is to elevate creativity, connection and community. When people gather in this space, magical moments naturally follow. Included in your rental is the use of: 30 meditation cushions 15 yoga mats 65 folding chairs 6 bamboo tables Big screen TV Large bluetooth speaker Whiteboard Mini fridge Dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kitchen sink 2 Bathroom stalls Glass boardroom with 6 chairs upon request Conscious Lab is 1100 sq ft and can accommodate 65 seated and 100 standing. *Please note that the space is located on the second floor and does not have elevator access.

- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The space is incredible. It feels very "New York" and elegant. We had our theatre company fundraiser here and the guest were commenting on how wonderful the venue was. Highly recommend it.

The space was great! We hosted a 30ish person event where we presented the results of a company retreat. Jenna and Orson were very responsive and helpful.

This space is incredibly functional, malleable, and charming, but what is most unique about it is the incredible hospitality of your hosts. Jenna and Orson made this event run more smoothly than I thought possible because of their flexibility, excellent communication, and generosity. The room hosted ~50 people for a dinner party very comfortably, with room to move around. The lounge space at the front was a great spot to take a phone call or take a quiet moment to yourself. There was ample power and seating, and the lights could be dimmed to any level. High ceilings, tall windows, brick walls, and wood floors made for a warm and charming backdrop to our event. I'm so thankful that I found this space, and would book it again without hesitation.

Jenna and Orson are wonderful, supportive and easy to work with. Communication was great, and their hands-off style of sharing access to the space allowed everything to flow perfectly. Thank you! 💛
