About the Space
Modern, private and industrial studio equipped with everything you need for photoshoots, video shoots, podcasting, or almost any type of content you are looking to create. The 1500 sq. ft. space is flexible and modifiable to suit a number of different looks for video content shoots. It consists of a main 11'x20' space with 9' ceilings and bigger smaller backdrop area that have 20+ft ceilings. Included equipment at no extra charge: (1) Godox VL 300 + Dome Diffuser (3) Godox SL60W + multiple color gel options. (4) Godox RGB Tubes (2) Neewer LED Dimmable Light panels (1) RODE VIDEO MIC PRO + Boom stand with cable (1) RODE VIDEO MIC GO Photo Backdrops Available: White Black Green LAMBO NOT INCLUDED. CAN BE RENTED AT AN EXTRA COST

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance

The studio is elegant and comfortable. Eros is a wonderful photographer, He is professional, timely with the photo turn arounds and he makes you feel comfortable, seen, and relaxed. I highly recommend Eros and this space.

Josh was so helpful and hospital with our day rental at the studio. The studio was spotless, clean, and with a great AC unit that is definitely much needed with this hot summer. We definitely will be booking the studio again in the near future and will recommend it in a heartbeat.
