About the Space

A classic downtown loft with polished cement floors and white walls. There are windows across the entire east-facing wall for beautiful natural light. This space is set up to be half blank-canvas photo studio, and half furnished set up. This is perfect for photoshoot productions that need a cozy space, or for content creators who need furniture and props for a multi-faceted backdrop.

The Palo Studios space is for creative expression, so each item in our space is intentional, and of thoughtful quality. Please treat it that way. PARKING There is underground parking accessible by an alleyway to the right of the building. This lot closes at 7pm. Parking is $9 cash, there is an ATM on the main floor. You can say you are here for Palo Studios There is an open air lot on the other side, or on maple between 7th and 8th as well. FURNITURE No food or drink on the furniture. There are fold out tables behind the curtain and chairs you are free to use! Please put everything back where you’ve found it. We recommend taking a reference photo so you can arrange everything as it was, before you leave. DOOR The front door must remained closed during the duration of your shoot. Please ensure you return the key to the lockbox after your shoot, and close both doors. The metal door should be locked when you leave. TIME EXTENSION If you’d like to stay longer than your booking, please ask us, as we may be able to accommodate for you :) TRASH At the end of your booking, please take out all trash and put it at the end of the hallway by the freight elevator.
