About the Space
Whether you’re planning a wedding, a birthday, or another celebration or gathering, you’ll simply love hosting it at The Annex. With its thoughtfully designed interiors and architectural features reminiscent of the building's industrial past, the Lounge is the perfect place to welcome guests. Serve them drinks at the open bar and then invite them to sit down for dinner or dance the night away in the Main Hall. From design to final production, our experienced in-house team offers full-service event planning and will work closely with you to bring your vision to life. - The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines

Its a wonderful location that could fit out larger crew. The location manager was wonderful to work with and I hope we can film here again! Its a perfect double roomed location for interviews with very little sound issues if any.

My baby shower was perfect because of this space. We had about 80 people and the space was so comfortable and inviting to all of our guests. I love the seperate rooms and the two bathrooms was a plus. Everything was clean and modern looking. Just beautiful..

This place went beyond my expectations, not only is the place BEAUTIFUL and spacius, the customer service went above and beyond. They are very well organized and make sure you know everything you need to know prior to the date of your event. I will 100% reccomend this place to anyone and I will forsure celebrate another occasion here James and Naoimi were great !!!! My sons 1st birthday was a success
