PARKING PERMITS Return parking permits by no later than end of rental term. $150 fee per permit not returned by rental expiration. You do NOT have the option to return the permits at any later time. OVERTIME Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items you brought must be removed by the end time of your reservation. CLEANING You are expected to leave the space in the same condition as found. You must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that you tidy up after yourself. You must remove anything you brought by the end of your reservation. Factor all setup and teardown times into your booking hours. DAMAGES Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to your account. CYCLORAMA Wear shoe covers or clean socks. Do NOT walk on the cyc wall's curve. This will puncture the wall and require repair fees to be charged. You will be charged a repainting fee if scratches or marks are found on the floor or walls. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. All furniture/decor must be returned to their initial locations to avoid additional service fees. MISCELLANEOUS No indoor smoking. No glitter or confetti.
