About the Space

Home was designed by renown local architect. It has vacation vibes and would be inspiring for photo and video shoots. The large windows and ample light give it an uplifting and relaxing vibe. It looks like you’re on vacation or away somewhere, in a sunny warm place. Some say it looks like you’re in Europe. The home has so many places. Indoor/outdoor living at its finest. The lap pool and hot tub are located in a beautiful garden. The indoor is great for sunny interiors , kitchen shoots, etc. there’s a balcony and other outdoor moments.

Lighting description

The windows are magnificent. We have very high ceilings. That said, we also have curtains. Moreover, the sun is brightest in backyard first half of day. Back half hits front of house and makes for spectacular sunsets. South facing home.

Space is not soundproof

Ambient noise description

Our home is incredibly quiet. We are nearly at a cul-de-sac, up by the open space preserve, so there aren’t many houses around us, and there is very little traffic. If you close all the windows and doors, you can’t hear the noise outside. Our neighbors have adequate space and privacy from us.

There are about 5 steps in front of the front door. We ask that you be mindful of not scratching those stairs. From there, you are on the first floor. Which is also the garden. Otherwise living room is 3 flat steps down (sunken living room).

You can use the family room.

Some rooms are off-limits for shooting

Closets in master bedroom. Office. Garage , mud room, basement.

Shooting the exterior of the building is not allowed

We have over one hundred outlets including 3-4 outdoors.

General Rules

No alterations of any permanent structures. Must ask if you want to move something / items/furniture. No smoking. Be careful of food/wine near white couches, and hardwood floors.

All ages are allowed in the space

Wall decor - we have minimal wall decor so no. But if there is something small, we can discuss. Furniture - not large pieces , but open to small pieces or shifting of furniture that won’t cause damage to floors or walls.

Security cameras and recording devices

Cameras are easily visible on exterior and interior home. They will be on.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

The house is very well ventilated as it’s an i door-outdoor space. We also don’t wear shoes in the house and have a cleaning service. We very much are being selective about who we let in and how many people are present at any one time. We are also all vaccinated.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
