Modern Rental Space with Dance Studio in Silverlake

Our place is a multi-use and purpose creative space for but not limited to film, commercial production, photography, events/pop-ups and dance rehearsals. With high ceilings, blonde wood floors and a skylight, natural lights and colors thrive during the day. Consisting of three main areas: Area A, Area B and Backhaus Area A: lofted room, dark wood floors, shelving for equipment and quirky swedish inspired kitchenware and colors. Area A has a bathroom and sink, and is often used as the green room, makeup and styling room and home base for equipment. Area A can be emptied if requested and sets can be brought in to the space. Area B: blonde wood floors, natural light pouring in from the back, four white walls with high ceilings and a rigged spotlight, looking out to the backhaus patio. This room is often used for dance rehearsals, photography, is great for virtual production, projection, sets and film. Backhaus or "break room": the patio area has seating, tables and chairs and is often used as a break room for talent or for craft services. In addition, there is extra storage in basement and is often used to store props.
