Gorgeous duplex apartment with a garden. Perfect for photo shoots, filming or small gatherings. Kitchen is available. Bathroom on site. Table in the living room easily seats 6-8 people but can be moved for a photoshoot. Table in the garden comfortably seats 4-6 people, additional seating is available if needed. Very quite and charming. Signature New York brick walls. Furniture could be moved. The garden is free and quite, has lights and water.

Good location with east access from street. Functional space for a small group meeting. Lovely backyard with a nice vibe if the weather is cooperating. Just be aware that there are far more personal items in the space than are shown in the pics. It is clearly a lived in space which is fine for many events but was a little more cluttered than I was hoping for my event. Host was very communicative and easy to work with.
