Large, expansive grounds and outfitted barn that’s easily accessible (5 min from Highway 7), yet feels far away. Beautiful gardens galore throughout the property make for great photo backdrops. Ideal for any photographer looking for a great location for family or individual portrait shoots. Numerous photo props on the property that are yours to use as part of the rental. We are pet friendly (including horses). Large open fields surround the property for drone practice, wide shots, etc. Property is on 16 + acres. We look forward to sharing this space with you! Things to Know.... -Bathroom is located in the main house (about a 75 foot walk from barn on gravel driveway and up three stairs) -No central heat or AC in the booking space

Space will be cleaned and ready for use upon arrival. Additional cleaning supplies will also be available for use on site.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
