About the Space
The Mega Stage: Located in Compton CA a new studio location powered by Studios 60. This space totals 35,000 sqft of Warehouse space with a Total of 65,000 sqft of property. The parking lot can host up to 150 Cars. The loading dock can fit 3 trucks. The beams of the building are at 25' Clear height. We have Multiple Scissor Lifts onsite for rigging lights. There are multiple Greenrooms and restrooms on-site. Let us know about blacking out the stage and we can accommodate. We look forward to hosting your next shoot!

General Rules
1. OVERTIME
Production Company’s use of premises any time after the agreed period will incur overtime charges.
i. Production Company agrees that each hour of Overtime shall be rounded up to the next hour.
ii. Overtime payment must be made at the end of production.
2. DAMAGE FEE: Only applicable if production company fails to restore Stage(s) to the state in which it was received. This excludes regular wear & tear. Fee of monetary value may be assessed at the owner’s discretion.
3. INSURANCE.
a. Production Company shall provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance to the Studio.
b. Policy Minimum. Insurance Policy must be in the minimum of:
i. $ 1,000,000(Minimum) Coverage.
c. Insurance Policy Must List Studio As Additional Insured:

4. PERMITS.
Production Company shall obtain and provide a copy of ALL necessary filming permits, as required by law, to Studio prior to use of the Premises.
5. ALTERATIONS TO LOCATIONS.
a. Production Company agrees that no changes, alterations, or rearrangement of any equipment on the Premises shall occur without the express written consent of Studio Agent.
b. In the event Studio provides its written consent, Production Company shall return and restore said equipment to its original place and condition.
c. Any unrepaired alterations shall be deemed to be damages as described in Section 7.
6. WASTE REMOVAL.
a. Any and all property brought onto the premises by the Production Company,
including set walls, wood, or any other art department debris, must be removed from the premises at the end of Production Company’s use of the premises under this agreement.
b. Trash receptacles located on the premises shall not be used by the Production Company.
7. PRODUCTION COMPANY PROPERTY.
a. Production Company agrees Studio Agent, Studio, its parent company, Subsidiaries, and affiliates are not responsible for:
Theft, loss, or damage to any property owned by Production Company, employees of Production Company, affiliates of Production Company, third parties brought on to premises by Production Company or anyone else who is brought onto the premises by Production Company.
b. Production Company shall be solely responsible for ensuring the safety and safe keeping of any and all persons and property brought onto the premises as a result of this agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Dear Clients,
As the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) begins to have an increased impact on our communities, we feel it is important to connect directly with you to share more about the steps we are taking to help keep you, our employees, and our communities safe and healthy as we re-open our business to host your next production.
Our studios are cleaned and sanitized daily as part of our normal course of business. However, we’ve increased the frequency and extent of those cleanings, paying close attention to high touch areas, in addition to adding resources like hand sanitizer throughout the facilities for both our clients and employees. Prevention hygiene, such as frequently washing your hands and wearing face coverings will be a mandatory practice when hosting your production with us. Social distancing of at least 6 feet between one another will also be required. We’re also ensuring our employees have the information they need to stay healthy or stay home if they aren’t feeling well. All of these practices and our business decisions are informed by guidance from the CDC, PHAC, and WHO, along with guidance from local and U.S government and public health agencies.
Based on the guidance we’ve received from various health agencies, our own preparedness and the current state of our operations, we are confident our studio facilities continue to be safe, as we re-open for business.
We are available to take booking requests and we look forward to working with you.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has additional space outdoors
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
