Unavailable for booking in over 30 years...! The authentically redesigned Wiltern Penthouse. 12 stories above the Los Angeles skyline, it's an experience to behold. With a 25 seat, luxury private theater with a 4K Barco Projector and Dolby Atmos sound system, black velvet tufted recliners, the lounge with gleaming white and polished concrete floors, a 1946 Brunswick Anniversary pool table, an outdoor stone with the iconic Wiltern turquoise terracotta balcony with panoramic airline views of Los Angeles.. It's one of the most exclusive spaces in all of Los Angeles. Perfect for VIP, entertainment industry gatherings for up to 70 people. There's no other space in the world like it... Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer
