This is a 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom house with a huge backyard, pool, jacuzzi, and fire-pit. The home was just renovated and is a great canvas for shoots and events. We have an outdoor projector and screen that we can also rent for a small fee. Large living room with a double door to the exterior area, kitchen, and great laundry space.

House is cleaned before every booking and all surfaces are properly sanitized to avoid potential transmission.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
