We are following Denver County guidelines for Covid.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable masks / face coverings
Disposable gloves
Hand Sanitizer

This event space is perfect for corporate and social events and is completely customizable to your event needs! Deluxe seating, wide-open spaces with high ceilings, bar, and cafe area. Garage doors open to include the outdoor patio. One-of-a-kind event space perfect for parties, networking events, weddings, luncheons, award shows, galleries, and much more... This space comes equipped with a flat-screen TV, whiteboard, Wifi, and A/V. Food and beverage catering options are also available at an additional cost.

Metered street parking available right in front of our venue. We also have a parking lot behind our venue, available to rent.

Large, glass garage doors bring in natural lighting. Windows face south, but mornings bring in the most direct sunlight.

Our event space is located on the ground floor and access by a double door. Street parking is available right out front and can be used as a loading zone.

The back half of our building consists of private offices. This area is restricted.

Electrical system description

We have many outlets located throughout the event space, with the circuit breaker located in the basement of the building.

General Rules

No Smoking in the building. Outside food and beverages/catering allowed. Only wine, beer, and champagne are allowed. No hard alcohol. We are pet-friendly.

All ages are allowed in the space

Furniture and decorations may be moved

All furniture can be removed from the space.

Security cameras and recording devices

We have security cameras throughout the building to ensure the safety of all our guests.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
