About the Space
We have a fully equipped green room that has a small round table in the center with two chairs for one or two-person streaming or videos. It has WiFi available, multiple cameras, both mounted and on tripods, so you can switch between angles for recording. There is also a teleprompter available during recording. In a separate room, there is a monitor, to view camera angles and switch them during the session to get a full recording experience, and a video and soundboard available. The room allows for сlоѕе рrоximitу tо еасh оthеr, suitable fоr intimate interviews or video recordings. We have onsite IT and AV technicians available.

This space has no windows, but there is production lighting available.
Space is soundproof
Ambient noise description
There is soundproofing on the walls, but loud sounds may still be heard. That is why we also have the On-Air light, so others know when recording is in progress to avoid loud noises.

Equipment loading description
There is a loading zone in the back of the building with no steps. The entrance has steps leading to the door, for those who are unable to use the steps, the back entrance has no steps.
Staging area is available
There is a room across the hall for the crew.
Some rooms are off-limits for shooting
The warehouse and all offices that are off-limits will be locked.
Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed
Electrical system description
Our offices have multiple breaker boxes in the warehouse. If there is an issue with a breaker, notify us and we will take care of any breaker issues.
We have multiple outlets in each office and surge protectors can be made available.
Circuit breaker can not be accessed
General Rules
There are smoking areas outside the office.
Outside catering is allowed.
All access fobs must be returned before leaving.
Please return any equipment requested at the end of the meeting.

Security cameras and recording devices
There are security cameras outside the office, in the entrance, exits, and in the hallways that record to a DVR for security review. They do not record audio.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
All spaces are cleaned scrubbed daily. The common areas are also wiped down before and after each meeting. There are additional features like an air purifier available as well.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
